Tetra Tech Job Vacancy 2021

Job Purpose: Working under the direction of the Chief of Party (COP), the Director of Administration and Finance will be responsible for the project’s financial management, HR, procurement, and administration. This is anticipated to be a full-time position based in Lusaka.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project’s financial management, HR, procurement, and administration processes;
  • Supervise and build the capacity of finance managers/other relative staff
  • Ensure compliance with USAID, local laws, and Tetra Tech rules and regulations.

Qualification:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, accounting, or another relevant field.
  • Desirable: Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in financial management and administration, grants experience preferred;
