FQM Job Vacancy 2021
Job Purpose: To maintain the physical and electronic GIT shipping document archives and to maintain and create as appropriate the associated records and reporting systems.
Specific Job Responsibility:
- Maintain updated physical and electronic files
- Ensure that archived information is easily accessible
- Contact outside sources for missing information or aid people in retrieving information
- Check to ensure physical files are complete
- Update file information
- Create new folders and files
- Modify or purge entries in electronic archive
- Process and scan files to be entered into computer in electronic archive and indexed in digital database
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by hierarchical superior
Qualification:
- Essential: ZCILT certificate, CIPS qualification.
- Desirable: Full Grade 12
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar task environment.
